papers: Modinet working papers

This is a collection of papers [PDFs] on a range of subjects, including e-democracy, from Modinet, 'an interdisciplinary research program on media and democracy. The program focuses on the implications of globalization and new digital media for political life, for established institutions within culture and media, as well as for the everyday life of citizens in the future.'

Well worth bookmarking for future use.
